Florida license plate will honor K9s during National Police Week – WFTV

ORLANDO, Fla. — A Florida-based nonprofit organization honors National Police Week with a pre-reserved plaque.

K9s United supports crime fighters by offering Florida drivers the special license plate to order during National Police Week, which runs from May 12-19.

The deadline is until October 15.

Florida drivers don’t have to wait until their tag renewal date expires.

Twenty-five dollars from each tag sold will benefit K9s United, including equipment and training.

Drivers will receive a voucher and will be notified when their license plate is ready for pickup.
