Officers at the scene of the Stokesdale homicide

Deputies said the incident was isolated and does not pose any threat to the community.

STOKESDALE, N.C. — Deputies are on scene responding to a homicide that occurred in Stokesdale around 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 12, according to the Guilford County Sheriff’s Office.

The incident occurred in the 7800 block of Eversfield Road, according to deputies.

Deputies said the incident was isolated and does not pose any threat to the community.

The investigation is ongoing.
