Air ambulance, police, paramedics and firefighters attend Bridgefield Park in Herdwick Close, Ashford, following a medical emergency

This afternoon emergency services attended a children’s playground.

Police, paramedics and a fire engine were spotted at Bridgefield Park in Herdwick Close, Ashford at around 3pm.

The images also show an air ambulance flying over the Bridgefield and Finberry estates.

It is believed that a child was involved.

An onlooker said: “There were a couple of ambulances, three police cars and a fire truck.

“We also just heard the air ambulance passing by.”

Police have confirmed that the incident is being attended to by South East Coast Ambulance (SECAmb).

They and Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) have been contacted for further information.
